SHIPPING DURATION

Orders will be processed within 2 business days.
The estimated delivery time will vary from country to country, but on average you can expect your products to arrive within 10 business days.

If your product happens to be out of stock, we will notify you with further information. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your order tracking number. 

The maximum delivery timeframe during the COVID-19 period is 60 days, which is also the limit when we start processing partial or full refund requests. We feel that a customer should never wait this long for their package to arrive, no matter what!

15-DAY RISK-FREE RETURNS 

With the "Free Returns" service, you have an additional 15 days after receiving your item to decide whether you want to keep or return the item for any reason, as long as it is unused and within its original condition and packaging, tags, etc. It's quick and easy:

1 - Contact help@justeelle.com to open a return request.

2 - Bring your package to your courier and send it to our warehouse address.

3 - Finally, wait for confirmation from the warehouse team that they have received your returned package.

4 - You will instantly be issued a refund once we have confirmed the receipt and condition of the item.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can request a refund within the timeframe, however, it is their responsibility to cover the cost of shipping the product back to the warehouse.
